Eftersom jag inte f&aring;r &auml;ta massa gotte saker (kanon jobb n&auml;r man f&ouml;rresten best&auml;mt sig f&ouml;r det) s&aring; skulle vi s&aring;klart idag baka lite extra. Det tar verkligen emot n&auml;r alla andra &auml;ter. Men hur sv&aring;rt &auml;r det egentligen??&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Efter jobbet &aring;kte jag direkt till Nautlius. Om jag kommer hem, landar i soffan s&aring; &auml;r jag k&ouml;rd! D&aring; blir jag s&aring; himla tr&ouml;tt! S&aring; jag f&aring;r bara h&auml;mta tr&auml;ningskl&auml;derna sen sticka!&nbsp;<br \/>&Auml;r det bara jag som g&ouml;r s&aring;?<br \/>Jag k&ouml;rde ett kardiopass idag. Crosstrainern 25 min, tuff l&ouml;pning 25 min, powerwalk 10 min + magpass som jag alltid k&ouml;r i varje tr&auml;ningspass.<\/p>\n<p>F&ouml;rens nu har jag landat i soffan och jag jublar!<br \/>Ny duschad och hungrig ska jag bege mig till k&ouml;ket f&ouml;r att laga dagens middag!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M&aring;ndagen b&ouml;rjar n&auml;rma sig sitt slut.
