Efter 8 timmars jobb och 1 &frac12; timmes l&aring;ngt tr&auml;ningspass &auml;r jag <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">done for today<\/span>. Jag tr&auml;nar ca 4-5 g&aring;nger i veckan och eftersom jag nu inte anv&auml;nder springbandet f&aring;r jag ta lite annat som erbjuds. Jag sa till mig sj&auml;lv att jag aldrig ska k&ouml;ra spinning igen d&aring; eftersom jag tycker det &auml;r den tr&aring;kigaste tr&auml;ningsformen som uppfunnits.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Men.. nu har jag bokat in mig p&aring; ett pass imorgon p&aring; morgonen. Vilket blir veckans andra kardio-pass f&ouml;r veckan.
