Det &auml;r verkligen skit bra tr&auml;ning! Svetten rinner efter ett X antal knockouts!<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Efter 30 minuter var jag helt slut s&aring; d&aring; gav jag upp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nu ska jag fixa frukosten sen m&aring;ste jag b&ouml;rja g&ouml;ra i ordning mig. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">F&ouml;rst blir det lunch p&aring; stan med min k&auml;ra sambo och sen en kaffe p&aring; Tullporten.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/p>\n<p>Tr&auml;ningsv&auml;skan f&aring;r h&auml;nga med p&aring; stan f&ouml;r direkt efter ska jag g&aring; och tr&auml;na. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Idag blir det styrketr&auml;ning &ouml;verkropp + cardio!
