Nu f&aring;r jag sk&auml;rpa mig. <strong>Tycker inte ens om programmet.<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Morgonen har bara best&aring;tt av tr&auml;ning. Har inte kommit l&auml;ngre &auml;n dit idag. Ibland g&aring;r det bra l&aring;ngsamt.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Jag k&ouml;rde benpass + mage och cardio 35 min. Ett v&auml;ldigt l&aring;ngt pass med andra ord.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Bara jag f&aring;r en spark i rumpan ska jag g&aring; till aff&auml;rn nu ocks&aring;..<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Ringde upp syster yster f&ouml;r hade h&ouml;rt ryckten om att hon hade en liten diskmaskin &ouml;ver.
