L&aring;t sedan svalna.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Vispa &auml;gget och sockret ljust och por&ouml;st. Tills&auml;tt sedan mj&ouml;let. Vispa sedan ner smeten kraftigt i mj&ouml;lken och r&ouml;r om. L&aring;t sedan sjuda ett tag tills smeten blivit n&aring;gorlunda tjock. L&aring;t sedan smeten st&aring; i kylen 1 timma f&ouml;r att svalna. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">H&auml;ll ner vispgr&auml;dden i smeten och sedan ner med allt i glassmaskinen. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Min glass var i glassmaskinen ca 30 minuter och d&aring; var den en h&auml;rlig kr&auml;mig konsistens p&aring; glassen. Rekommenderar 40 min om du ska servera direkt. Sj&auml;lv la jag min i en form och in i frysen.
