Efter det blev det intensiv l&ouml;pning 11 min och sedan avslutade jag med 11 min p&aring; cykeln. <strong><em>Bra men l&aring;ngt pass! <\/em><\/strong>Idag st&auml;llde jag klockan betydligt mycket senare &auml;n g&aring;rdagen och jag fick sova ut l&auml;nge. S&aring; sk&ouml;nt! Efter jag segat p&aring; halva morgonen gick jag till gymmet f&ouml;r att k&ouml;ra ett cardio pass. Det blev 10 min crosstrainer, 22 min l&ouml;pning, 5 min pw och 21 min cykel idag och efter k&auml;nde jag mig helt tom.
