Tanken var att jag skulle ta en springtur efter jag sovit men kroppen skriker efter vila s&aring; jag m&aring;ste lyssna p&aring; det. Viktigt det ocks&aring;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Eftersom Micke jobbar kv&auml;ll hela veckan passar jag p&aring; att njuta av att inte beh&ouml;va laga middag. S&aring; sk&ouml;nt att slippa t&auml;nka p&aring; vad man ska g&ouml;ra s&aring; idag passade jag p&aring; att &auml;ta havregrynsgr&ouml;t och en proteinshake med banan. <strong>Gott och l&ouml;jligt l&auml;tt! <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Nu ska jag passa p&aring; och njuta av min ledighet ikv&auml;ll och laddar upp med promenad och fika med mamma. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nu har jag sovit som en gudinna!
