Jag \u00e4lskar verkligen att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 morgonen, brukar f\u00f6r det mesta bara bli cardio p\u00e5 morgonen och lite styrka ibland d\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r problem med h\u00e5ll om jag \u00e4ter innan och sen drar iv\u00e4g.
