D\u00e4rav f\u00f6rbreder jag mina m\u00e5ltider r\u00e4tt ofta speciellt om jag vet att jag ska bort som typ idag n\u00e4r jag vart till Norge p\u00e5 l\u00e4genhetsvisning. Sj\u00e4lvklart finns det alltid aff\u00e4rer man kan sv\u00e4nga in p\u00e5 men dessv\u00e4rre har jag gluten intolerans s\u00e5 ibland kan det vara riktigt sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 bara n\u00e5tt litet mellanm\u00e5l ute p\u00e5 v\u00e4garna. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r mycket l\u00e4ttare, billigare och framf\u00f6rallt nyttigare att sl\u00e4nga ihop lite hemifr\u00e5n och ta med i en kylbag \ud83d\ude42 smidigt. Lunch hann jag \u00e4ta hemma efter 1,5 timmes<strong> rumpa och ben tr\u00e4ning<\/strong> p\u00e5 f\u00f6rmiddagen, wooop \ud83d\ude42 Blev lite br\u00e5ttom med tiden end\u00e5 s\u00e5 till <strong>mellis<\/strong> sl\u00e4ngde jag ner en <strong>questbar cinnamonroll, kanelbullesmak <\/strong>allts\u00e5 \ud83d\ude09 Till middag som jag s\u00e5 fint stannade efter v\u00e4gen tillbaka till Karlstad och k\u00e4kade blev en burk <strong>makrill ihop blandat med keso och kokta \u00e4gg<\/strong> till det. \u00c4lskar den blandningen och l\u00e4tt att ta med sig !<\/p>\n<p>Var i Norge \u00f6ver dagen bara p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 l\u00e4genhetsvisningar, b\u00e5da vart r\u00e4tt sm\u00e5 45 kvadrat och kostar 9000, herregud !! Tur man tj\u00e4nar pengar d\u00e4r i alla fall och att vi \u00e4r tv\u00e5 som delar.
