K\u00f6rde detta lunchpass idag p\u00e5 Sats med en grymt duktig personlig tr\u00e4nare p\u00e5 sats, Daniel tror jag han heter !? Vart hemskt tr\u00f6tt efter passet men pressade lite axlar med <strong>fria vikter<\/strong>\u00a0ute i gymmet efter\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>Hann med och k\u00f6ra ett <strong>core <\/strong>pass idag ocks\u00e5 som jag aldrig vart p\u00e5 innan, <strong>CXWORX. <\/strong>Grym tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r coren s\u00e5 hej n\u00e5n l\u00e4r ha tr\u00e4ningsverk i maggen imorn \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag inte avancerat s\u00e5 mycket i k\u00f6ket, till lunch \u00e5t jag <strong>hemmagjorda kycklingburgare<\/strong> med lite sm\u00e5tt och gott till, min middag blev <strong>omelett med kalkon och keso<\/strong>, s\u00e5 gott s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra ! Dagens kv\u00e4llsfika fick bli <strong>protein-micro kaka med mitt hemma-kokade \u00e4ppelmos och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/strong>.
