S&aring;, i m&aring;ndags b&ouml;rjade jag g&aring; <strong>l&aring;ngpromenad<\/strong> p&aring; <strong>1,5 &#8211; 2h<\/strong> och ska f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka leva s&aring; nyttigt som jag kan!
