Men h\u00e4r nedan delar jag i alla fall med mig av ETT av mina s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/christofferolsson\/files\/2016\/01\/img_5479.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/christofferolsson\/files\/2016\/01\/img_5479.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<strong>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca. 6 portioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1kg k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs <em>(jag anv\u00e4nde \u00e4lgf\u00e4rs)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1st gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1st r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1st r\u00f6d paprika<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1\/5 dl kalvfond<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5 msk ketchup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1. Bryn k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2. Sm\u00f6rstek l\u00f6k och paprika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3. Blanda mj\u00f6lk, gr\u00e4dde, fond och ketchup i en kastrull och l\u00e5t det koka upp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4. Tills\u00e4tt sedan k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs, l\u00f6k och paprika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6k och salt &amp; peppar efter egen smak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6. L\u00e5t det st\u00e5 och puttra en stund medan spaghettin blir f\u00e4rdig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Detta tar ca 15-20 minuter.
