K&auml;nns som spagetti och jag ramlar ihop n&auml;r som helst typ! haha. Men sjukt g&ouml;tt att pumpa lite p&aring; gymmet. K&auml;nner mig grymt duktig \ud83d\ude42 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Startade ifall tr&auml;ningen med 10 min p&aring; cykel, brukar i vanliga fall cykla l&auml;ngre men hade tid att passa s&aring; fick bli s&aring;, resulterade iallafall i 3 km \ud83d\ude42 sen k&ouml;rde jag mage 20 resp 20 p&aring; b&aring;da sidor, sen insida &amp; utsidan l&aring;r 10 resp 10, ben 10,10, bakre l&aring;r 10,10, Triceps &amp; biceps 12 resp 12. Och rumpa 12,12 \ud83d\ude42 lite on&ouml;dig fakta, men tycker det &auml;r bra att h&aring;lla koll p&aring;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 14px;\">K&auml;nner mig lite halvt som en liar! F&ouml;r i min beskrivning s&aring; skrev jag att detta inte skulle vara n&aring;gon tr&auml;ningsblogg, och det &auml;r det inte heller utan jag ber&auml;ttar bara vad jag g&ouml;r.
