Det \u00e4r enkelt och supergott! Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att man bara g\u00f6r det kv\u00e4llen innan och sen \u00e4r det klart!<\/p>\n<p>Denna frukostr\u00f6ra jag \u00e5t var gjord p\u00e5 havregryn, turkisk l\u00e4tt yoghurt och kesella med smak av hallon. Toppade med psylliumfr\u00f6n och hallon. Det \u00e4r sjukt m\u00e4ttande och g\u00e5r att variera p\u00e5 otroligt m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt!
