Jag har kunnat r\u00e4kna ut vilka dagar jag borde \u00e4ta vilken frukost, f\u00f6r att inte bli vr\u00e5lhungrig till lunch tillexempel.<br \/>\nIdag har jag bara en lektion innan lunch, s\u00e5 det fick bli en l\u00e4tt frukost. I eftermiddag ska jag ut och k\u00e4ka med fina v\u00e4nner, vi f\u00e5r se om jag kan lyckas plocka ihop n\u00e5got nyttigare alternativ. Sen ska jag dra till gymmet, s\u00e5 vi h\u00f6rs ikv\u00e4ll!<\/p>\n<p><em>Yoggi mini med kanel, psylliumfr\u00f6n och hallon.
