Sj\u00e4lv vaknade jag klockan 08 och cyklade d\u00e5 direkt ner till gymmet f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ra ett egenkomponerat spinningpass. Sj\u00e4lvklart hade jag hellre tagit en l\u00f6prunda utomhus i det fina v\u00e4dret men i och med att jag m\u00e5ste l\u00e5ta benhinnorna vila fick det bli cykeln. P\u00e5 tal om resan s\u00e5 gick sprutan bra ig\u00e5r. Kommer aldrig gilla att ta sprutor men har l\u00e4rt mig att andas nu i alla fall s\u00e5 jag slipper svimma. Dock har jag fortfarande extrema problem med att ta blodprov och d\u00e4r sitter inte andningen n\u00e5gonstans.
