Allt enligt schemat in i det sista! I mitt kostschema jag har f\u00e5tt finns f\u00f6rslag till m\u00e5ltider samt vilka livsmedel jag b\u00f6r \u00e4ta och hur mycket i gram till varje m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">S\u00e5 h\u00e4r kommer dagens:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">kl 08. Frukost (kvar, naturell l\u00e4tt-yoghurt, b\u00e4r, 1 kn\u00e4ckemacka med p\u00e5l\u00e4gg samt en n\u00e4ve n\u00f6tter)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">kl 12.
