Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker alltid g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon form av <strong>cardio innan frukost<\/strong> f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng <strong>f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen<\/strong>, oftast blir det powerwalks eller lugnare l\u00f6pturer men ibland \u00e4ven HITpass p\u00e5 30 minuter. Det varierar!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4rks att det b\u00f6rjat bli h\u00f6st ute nu ocks\u00e5. Kallt och gr\u00e5tt! Mums. Till det tar jag alltid en \u00e4ppelcider-tablett. Detta har inget att g\u00f6ra med fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning utan jag tar det f\u00f6r att min mage ska h\u00e5lla sig i schack.
