P\u00e5 schemat stod 5 km p\u00e5 tiden 30-32,5 s\u00e5 jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 i lugnt tempo och slutade p\u00e5 5.5 km p\u00e5 32,23 s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r jag vara n\u00f6jd med. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte springa lite snabbare emellan\u00e5t men lungorna tog f\u00f6r mycket stryk av den kalla luften. Tyv\u00e4rr brukar det bli s\u00e5 i b\u00f6rjan av h\u00f6sten f\u00f6r mig d\u00e5 det tar ett tag f\u00f6r mina lungor att v\u00e4nja sig. Bytte ut n\u00f6tterna mot 5g solrosk\u00e4rnor samt 5g russin och kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6det mot 40g banan.
