Det finns 1000 olika kombinationer av sallad och det \u00e4r bara att ta det man gillar\/k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e5gra exempel p\u00e5 sallader med h\u00e4nsyn till syfte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>powersallad laddad med vitaminer<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>laddar-sallad d\u00e4r kalorierna ligger lite h\u00f6gre men fokus ligger p\u00e5 bra energi inf\u00f6r exempelvis ett tufft tr\u00e4ningspass<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>kalorisn\u00e5la sallader, f\u00f6r den som h\u00e5ller nere p\u00e5 kcal-intaget<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>b\u00e4rsallader, fyllda med antioxidanter<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Oftast f\u00f6rknippas salladsluncher med bantning eller diet,<\/strong><\/em> men sallad kan betyda s\u00e5 mycket mer! Beroende p\u00e5 vad du \u00e4r ute efter kan du s\u00e4tta ihop kombinationer som f\u00f6rbereder dig f\u00f6r dagens utmaningar. Jag brukar oftast g\u00f6ra ganska fr\u00e4scha, matiga sallader p\u00e5 sommaren just f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 uppfriskande. Nu \u00e4r dock favoriten kassler-sallad och denna h\u00e5ller nere p\u00e5 kalorierna.
