Antagligen beh\u00f6vligt s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r jag laddad f\u00f6r dagen. Jag och Nalle b\u00f6rjade med en powerwalk p\u00e5 6.7km p\u00e5 under 1h och nu har vi precis \u00e4tit frukost. P\u00e5 tal om frukost s\u00e5 har jag uppt\u00e4ckt v\u00e4rldens grej haha.. Fick en &#8221;aha&#8221; upplevelse n\u00e4stan! Jag \u00e4r ju tokig i Icas vaniljyoghurt men f\u00e5r ju v\u00e4lja bort den nu pga. att det \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r mycket socker i den men idag n\u00e4r jag skulle \u00e4ta min kvargr\u00f6ra s\u00e5 var kvargen slut s\u00e5 d\u00e5 fick jag ta min naturella yoghurt, vilket jag inte alls gillar att \u00e4ta &#8221;som den \u00e4r&#8221;. D\u00e5 fick jag den smarta id\u00e9n att h\u00e4lla i en skopa proteinpulver med vaniljsmak, och hur gott tror ni inte det blev?? Helt underbart kan jag informera er om! Och det smakade EXAKT som vaniljyoghurten jag annars brukar k\u00f6pa, <strong><em>fast utan allt socker och med mer protein<\/em><\/strong>.
