Dels f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r l\u00f6rdag och dels f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r bra \u00f6re viktnerg\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man \u00e4ter en l\u00e5gkalori kost s\u00e5 st\u00e4llet sig kroppen slutligen in sig p\u00e5 sv\u00e4lt och man g\u00e5r inte ner mer i vikt, hur lite man \u00e4n \u00e4ter. Men om man d\u00e5 ett par g\u00e5nger i m\u00e5naden t.ex. l\u00f6rdagar \u00e4tter lite vad man vill och chokerar kroppen med fett och kalorier s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste den b\u00f6rja jobba igen och din plat\u00e5 varar inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. <\/p>\n<p>Bra va! \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 jag \u00e4r full med tips och id\u00e9er och min tanke \u00e4r ju att dela med mig av dem till er.
