Hej och V\u00e4lkommen \u00e4slakde tisdag!<\/p>\n<p>Halverade min\u00a0insulindos till frukost\u00a0f\u00f6r k\u00e4nslan\u00a0att jag inte beh\u00f6ver lika mycket\u00a0blev stor. Oftast g\u00e5r jag mycket p\u00e5 hur jag\u00a0m\u00e5r och hur jag k\u00e4nner mig. V\u00e4dligt individuellt men efter m\u00e5nga \u00e5r med diabetes har jag\u00a0r\u00e4tt 95% och k\u00e4nner min kropp v\u00e4ldigt bra hur dess funktioner reagerar p\u00e5 vissa faktorer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har upplevt b\u00e4sta natten sen jag anl\u00e4nde till Sverige.
