Ska bli s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt\u00a0n\u00e4r\u00a0alla mina\u00a0stj\u00e4rnor i vardagen f\u00e5r ledig och\u00a0kan roa mig. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir detta\u00a0(min snart stora blogg) lidande, vilket inneb\u00e4r att jag tr\u00e4nar i princip hela tiden och resterande\u00a0minuter spenderas med min\u00a0lilla familj p\u00e5 s\u00f6dra sidan.<\/p>\n<p>Blodsockret har varit mer \u00e4n bra och det inneb\u00e4r att jag f\u00e5tt trycka i\u00a0\u00a0mig en massa mat som jag inte vill \u00e4ta eftersom jag tr\u00e4nar av en orsak.\u00a0Har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r s\u00e4nkt mina doser en aning och tror jag beh\u00f6ver s\u00e4nka de \u00e4nnu mer. Vi f\u00e5r se och om man ska s\u00e4nka sina doser m\u00e5ste man s\u00e4nka de v\u00e4ldigt lite \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen (2 enheter per g\u00e5ng och se vad det har f\u00f6r p\u00e5verkan).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag och krilletheman ska nu\u00a0se klart bad boys 2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag har jag shoppat och tr\u00e4nat.
