Mina kn\u00e4ns l\u00e4ngtan till att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka bli friska och vad passar inte b\u00e4ttre om att springa upp och ner f\u00f6r den v\u00e4rsta backen n\u00e5gonsin. Den ser inte mycket ut f\u00f6r v\u00e4rlden n\u00e4r man st\u00e5r nedanf\u00f6r men efter halva \u00e4r man helt slut och vill l\u00e4gga sig ner och rulla ner av utmattning och mj\u00f6lksyra.<\/p>\n<p>Men jag klarade av n\u00e5gra v\u00e4ndor och mit m\u00e5l \u00e4r att en vacker dag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka springa upp f\u00f6r hela utan att stanna och springa nedf\u00f6r utan att f\u00e5 andn\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Nu lunch!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vid 10.40 var jag klar f\u00f6r dagens utmaning.
