Ig\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte vi g\u00e5 p\u00e5 promenad men hamnade mitt i h\u00e4llregn och hagel s\u00e5 det blev inte j\u00e4tte l\u00e5ng promenad. I morse tog vi nya tag och gick 8.6 km vilket var helt underbart och h\u00e4rligt.<\/p>\n<p>Blir alltid lite orolig hur mitt blodsocker klarar av att tr\u00e4na innan frukost men\u00a0det gick bra\u00a0och h\u00f6ll mig p\u00e5 ett\u00a0bra v\u00e4rde hela promenade i ca 1,20 h.
