M\u00e5tt j\u00e4tte bra hela veckan och det \u00e4r nog f\u00f6r att jag har tr\u00e4nat n\u00e4r jag k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r det och \u00e4tit det jag varit sugen p\u00e5. Toppen v\u00e4rden! <\/p>\n<p>Det hj\u00e4lpte nog n\u00e4r jag gl\u00f6mde min bs m\u00e4tare hemma och hade ett 8 timmars pass d\u00e4r jag fick k\u00e4nna sk\u00e4lv hur jag m\u00e5dde. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att ta n\u00e5gra timmar varje dag d\u00e4r man inte tittar p\u00e5 bs:et!
