Vaknar med 5.2 &#8211;\u00a0dricker ett glas mjolk\u00a0eftersom tanken ar att jag ska trana &#8211; gar och lagger mig igen &#8211; 1 timma senare vaknar jag och sockret ar pa 5.3.<\/p>\n<p>Skiter sedan i traningen och ater grot med allt mojligt i + kaffe. (halverar min dos)<\/p>\n<p>Gar ner till gymmet och kampar i 55 min. &#8211; Ater &#8221;brunch&#8221; utan att ta insulin.<\/p>\n<p>Har nu 4.4 i socker.<\/p>\n<p>Rorigt som fan jag vet men detta innebar att jag kunde strunta helt i min insulindos i morse. Men hur kan man veta hur kroppen reagerar?
