Har alltid gjort det vad jag kommer ih\u00e5g. Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 inga konstigheter idag n\u00e4r jag ocks\u00e5 blir\u00a0den som trycker on p\u00e5 kaffeapparaten f\u00f6rst!<\/p>\n<p>Efter att jag h\u00e4llt i mig kaffet kommer jag ta mig ut p\u00e5 promenad, v\u00e4dret \u00e4r s\u00e5d\u00e4r och vad passar inte b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n att f\u00e5 lite energi? F\u00f6r ca 5 min sedan l\u00e5g jag p\u00e5 ett v\u00e4rde 6,7 vilket \u00e4r toppen. Morgonv\u00e4rde f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det som \u00e4r viktigaste under dagen att ta och tar det i princip varje dag. Ligger det bra brukar ofast hela dagen g\u00e5 som p\u00e5 r\u00e4ls om jag inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5gra drastiska f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i kosten eller tr\u00e4ning. Po\u00e4ngen kommer nu n\u00e4r planen \u00e4r att jag ska motionera.
