Vilken man. <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>Idag var jag ledig och n\u00e4r jag vaknade med ett bs p\u00e5 9.2 var det dags att g\u00e5 ner till gymmet f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta ggn p\u00e5 flera veckor. <\/p>\n<p>30 min l\u00f6p &#8211; 384 kalorier<br \/>\n30 min styrka &#8211; oklart<br \/>\n1h 18 min promenad &#8211; 498 kalorier<br \/>\n1 timmes simning &#8211; cirkus 500 <\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ldigt kul och k\u00e4nns bra att vara tillbaka som en k\u00e4mpe.
