Mina f\u00f6rhoppningar i morse var inte alla bra d\u00e5 jag s\u00e5g gr\u00e5a moln. Men nu har det v\u00e4nt! \u00c4ntligen! <\/p>\n<p>Efter 6 km p\u00e5 gymmet kon det fram en tant som undrade hur l\u00e5ngt jag hade sprungit. Jag svarade och hon blev chockad \u00f6ver hur jag kunde klara springa s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt. <\/p>\n<p>Jag blev s\u00e5 tacksam s\u00e5 alla energi jag trodde f\u00f6rsvann kom sakta men s\u00e4kert tillbaka och kunde inse sj\u00e4lv att jag \u00e4r faktiskt mer tr\u00e4nad \u00e4n vad jag tror sj\u00e4lv ibland. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/diabeteskvinnan\/files\/2013\/05\/20130531-134354.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/diabeteskvinnan\/files\/2013\/05\/20130531-134354.jpg\" alt=\"20130531-134354.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nk att det ska beh\u00f6vas en kommentar fr\u00e5n en helt ok\u00e4nd m\u00e4nniska f\u00f6r att man ska sj\u00e4lv se de positiva sakerna med en sk\u00e4lv.
