Jag lider av \u00e5ngest. Mild s\u00e5dan.<br \/>\nDetta pga. all mat som jag stoppar i mig och inte stoppar i mig.<br \/>\nJag satte diagnosen p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv precis just nu men har nog vetat<br \/>\nom det en l\u00e4ngre tid i mitt liv. Jag som precis har pajat mitt kn\u00e4<br \/>\nhar jag nu inte kunnat tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 2 dagar. Det \u00e4r katastrof i min<br \/>\nhj\u00e4rna och det k\u00e4nns som jag g\u00e5tt upp 100 kg pga. detta. Det \u00e4r ju<br \/>\ngalet, det kan ju vem som helst se. Vet inte riktigt varf\u00f6r jag<br \/>\nibland hets\u00e4ter och ibland inte \u00e4ter alls. Ibland m\u00e5r bra hur bra<br \/>\nsom helst oavsett intag och ibland m\u00e5r jag d\u00e5ligt av att jag \u00e4tit<br \/>\nen tomat. Varf\u00f6r jag just idag skriver om det \u00e4r f\u00f6r att jag<br \/>\ntror(\/vet) jag sabbar f\u00f6r mina n\u00e4ra eftersom mitt \u00f6verprat och<br \/>\ntjatande \u00f6ver kost har tagit \u00f6ver mitt liv. Jag kommer alltid vara<br \/>\nstolt \u00f6ver min kropp och hur den ser ut, att jag \u00e4r stark men<br \/>\nvissa dagar \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att vara just Stark. Jag tror ocks\u00e5 att<br \/>\n<strong>diabetesen<\/strong> har en del i just detta<br \/>\nmatintag d\u00e5 jag m\u00e5ste \u00e4ta innan och efter tr\u00e4ning och ibland efter<br \/>\natt jag har \u00e4tit (f\u00f6r mycket insulin eller f\u00f6r mkt tr\u00e4ning) som<br \/>\np\u00e5verkar min mat\u00e5ngest. &nbsp; Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka styra upp detta nu<br \/>\noch jag tror att min nyink\u00f6pta steamer kan hj\u00e4lpa mig p\u00e5 traven.<br \/>\nNyttig \u00e5ngkokt mat som m\u00e4ttar.
