Sk\u00f6nt att se att det ger effekt. Alla ni andra<br \/>\ntycker jag ocks\u00e5 ska testa. Det r\u00e4cker med korta promenader varje<br \/>\ndag (ut\u00f6ver det dagliga) s\u00e5 lovar jag att ni beh\u00f6ver ta en macka<br \/>\nextra eller s\u00e4nka bas dosen.
