Efter att ha g\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n att tr\u00e4na 6 dagar i veckan &#8211; till ett uppeh\u00e5ll p\u00e5 6 m\u00e5nader och nu lite halvtaskiga styrketr\u00e4ningspass 2 ggr i veckan \u00e4r mina kn\u00e4n svagare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin.<\/p>\n<p>De klarar helt enkelt inte av att jag springer eller g\u00f6r \u00f6vningar d\u00e4r mina kn\u00e4n f\u00e5r k\u00e4mpa (i princip alla \u00f6vningar) kommer jag l\u00e4gga tr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5 IS. Det suger riktigt h\u00e5rt och jag kommer \u00e4gna mig \u00e5t mina vardagliga promenader. Vilket i sig \u00e4r toppen d\u00e5 jag \u00e4lskar att promenera.<\/p>\n<p>Ps. Checka in min arm-muskel?!
