Mycket piggare och mycket gladare. Jag brukar oftast kora 1-1 1\/2 timmes pass dar jag kor kondition 30 min (loper eller crosstrainer) och sedan resten styrka. Ibland kor jag lite mer kondition med spinning eller trapporna som jag springer i ibland.
