Just nu ar jag i en sadan (kanske for att jag tranar?!) period i mitt liv och mitt tips till er med diabetes ar att istallet for att trycka i sig godis och andra mumsiga godsaker som finns (sa som chips som\u00a0kan smaka valdigt underbart ibland) ar att dricka ett glas med diet-lask. Det ar billigt (89 cent)\u00a0och det kan motverka ett sockerbegar. Ialla fall for mig.
