Jag var spyf\u00e4rdig och var n\u00e4ra att f\u00e5 kraftiga kramper i mina ben .<\/p>\n<p>Men jag svalde min frustation och t\u00e4nkte &#8211;<strong> Nu f\u00e5r det vara nog, diabetes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Det f\u00f6rsta jag gjorde var att ta<strong> 3 enheter insulin<\/strong>.Efter det s\u00e5 tog jag en l\u00e5ng promenad f\u00f6r att sedan inv\u00e4nta att sockret skulle sjunka. Och ja, det gjorde det. Efter ungef\u00e4r 2 timmar s\u00e5 l\u00e5g mitt blodsocker p\u00e5 13,1 vilket \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r helt okej. Eller ja, det \u00e4r mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n 27,8 vill jag lova.<\/p>\n<p>Och det b\u00e4sta av allt \u00e4r att jag inte fick ett blodsockerfall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips :<\/strong> Ta inte f\u00f6r mycket insulin och ha t\u00e5lamod. Jag menar, blodsockret g\u00e5r inte ner p\u00e5 10 minuter n\u00e4r du ligger s\u00e5d\u00e4r pass h\u00f6gt s\u00e5 det \u00e4r bara dumt att ta en massa extra insulin.<\/p>\n<p>Promenad, n\u00e5gra enheter insulin och t\u00e5lamod.
