Jag s\u00e5g att det var en kille som undrade varf\u00f6r jag v\u00e4ntar med att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got, direkt p\u00e5 morgonen. Och det ska jag f\u00f6rklara nu. Det \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen s\u00e5 att min kropp \u00e4r otroligt k\u00e4nslig p\u00e5 morgonen. N\u00e4r man sover, s\u00e5 vilar alla organ och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag n\u00e4stan alltid bra blodsocker under natten. Men sedan n\u00e4r jag g\u00e5r upp s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar alla organ att jobba. Adrenalinet sl\u00e5r i g\u00e5ng. Och skulle jag \u00e4ta n\u00e5got direkt, s\u00e5 blir jag h\u00f6g. Riktigt h\u00f6g. Och jag menar, att ha \u00f6ver 20 i bs p\u00e5 morgonkvisten \u00e4r inte direkt n\u00e5gon rolig start p\u00e5 dagen. Det tar n\u00e4mligen flera timmar f\u00f6r mig att f\u00e5 ner det d\u00e4r f\u00f6rbannade blodsockret.<\/p>\n<p>Det spelar ingen roll hur mycket insulin jag tar, det sticker \u00e4nd\u00e5 i v\u00e4g \u00e5t helvete. D\u00c4RF\u00d6R v\u00e4ntar jag med att \u00e4ta.<\/p>\n<p>Under timmen jag v\u00e4ntar, s\u00e5 brukar jag ta en promenad p\u00e5 cirka 40 min.
