Efter det s\u00e5 tog jag en promenad p\u00e5 cirka 20 minuter. And after that s\u00e5 v\u00e4ntade jag 30 minuter med att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>Och nu, efter s\u00e5 d\u00e4r cirka 2-3 timmar s\u00e5 ligger jag p\u00e5 11,8. Och ja, det verkar faktiskt ligga ganska stabilt d\u00e4r. Vanligtvis brukar det bli djupdyk om man har legat \u00f6ver 20 i bs. Men icke denna g\u00e5ng. <strong>SK\u00d6NT! Jag hatar verkligen att bli l\u00e5g efter att ha legat h\u00f6gt. Vidrigaste k\u00e4nslan som finns, tycker jag.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Och ni. Ligger ni \u00f6ver 20 i bs s\u00e5 tipsar jag er om att <strong>inte<\/strong> tr\u00e4na eller g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon fysiskt jobbig aktivitet. En promenad \u00e4r okej, men inte mer \u00e4n s\u00e5. Det kan vara farligt..
