Efter chips, pizza och alkohol och n\u00e4stan ingen tr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 f\u00e5r man skylla sig sj\u00e4lv. Och ja, jag kan erk\u00e4nna att jag var lite mullig. Visserligen var det inget som syntes ytligt, som tur var.<\/p>\n<p>Men att varje morgon se sig sj\u00e4lv i spegeln var en hemskt syn. Jag s\u00e5g en gris. S\u00e5 ingen m\u00e4rkte n\u00e5got! Tack &amp; lov!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I dag :<\/p>\n<p><strong>73,9 kg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Midjevidd : <strong>90 cm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6ftvidd : <strong>99 cm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bystvidd : <strong>91 cm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Men med lite vilja och \u00e4rlighet s\u00e5 tog jag tag i saken. Jag b\u00f6rjade \u00e4ta Lchf och jag b\u00f6rjade tr\u00e4na. Varje dag tog\/tar jag antingen en promenad eller en springtur. Och ja, det verkar ju ha g\u00e5tt v\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att v\u00e4ga mellan 68 -70 kg.
