Rygglyft ( st\u00e4rker ryggmuskulaturen) <strong>Ligg p\u00e5 mage med armarna utmed sidorna och lyft br\u00f6stkorgen till maxl\u00e4ge \u00f6ver golvet utan att dte g\u00f6r ont. S\u00e4nk igen och upprepa 15 g\u00e5nger. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Benlyft (tr\u00e4nar r\u00f6vmusklerna och l\u00e5rets baksida) <strong>St\u00e4ll dig p\u00e5 alla fyra med armb\u00e5gar och kn\u00e4n i golvet. Svanka inte! Lyft ena benet i sidled mot taket. K\u00e4nner du dig som en kissande hanhund s\u00e5 g\u00f6r du galet r\u00e4tt. Upprepa 15 g\u00e5nger och forts\u00e4tt sedan med n\u00e4sta ben.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Sit-ups (Magen) <strong>Ligg p\u00e5 rygg med b\u00f6jda ben, h\u00e4nderna korsade \u00f6ver br\u00f6stet och f\u00f6tterna i golvet. Sp\u00e4nn magen, dra i hop den genom att lyfta ryggen och skuldrorna s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt du kan utan att lyfta svanken. Ned p\u00e5 rygg igen och upprepa 15 g\u00e5nger.
