Om inte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LCHF st\u00e5r f\u00f6r Low Carb, High Fat. Eller lite kolhydrater med en h\u00f6gre andel fett.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4t g\u00e4rna: <\/strong>k\u00f6tt, fisk, \u00e4gg, ovanjordsgr\u00f6nsaker och naturligt fett (som sm\u00f6r).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Undvik helst:<\/strong> socker och st\u00e4rkelserik mat (som br\u00f6d, pasta, ris, potatis).<\/p>\n<h3>OBS f\u00f6r diabetiker &#8211;<\/h3>\n<p><em>Mindre blodsockerh\u00f6jande kolhydrater i kosten s\u00e4nker normalt medicinbehovet f\u00f6r diabetiker. Att d\u00e5 ta samma dos insulin som tidigare kan ge blodsockerfall. Vissa\u00a0<em>diabetes-tabletter kan ocks\u00e5 inneb\u00e4ra en viss risk f\u00f6r blodsockerfall, <\/em>metformin \u00e4r d\u00e4remot ok. Var noggrann med blodsockerkontroller vid start med LCHF-kost.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kostdoktorn.se\/?page_id=435#insulin\">Anpassa (s\u00e4nk) medicindoser<\/a>n\u00e4r det beh\u00f6vs, om m\u00f6jligt via l\u00e4karkontakt.<\/em><em> <\/em><em>Friska eller kost-\/metforminbehandlade diabetiker riskerar inte blodsockerfall.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Kontakta g\u00e4rna eran dietist eller diabetesl\u00e4kare innan du testar denna metod. Jag gjorde det f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon timme sen och hon tyckte vi skulle testa.
