Visserligen var det ett antal timmar sen jag var l\u00e5g.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hm.. f<\/strong>\u00e5 se h\u00e4r? Jag somnade runt 03.30 tiden och vaknade vid 07 00 och darrar, jag m\u00e4ter mitt blodsocker och det visar <strong>3,0<\/strong>. Jag springer upp f\u00f6r trappan och vr\u00e4ker i mig en massa limpmackor och ett glas oboy. Sedan g\u00e5r jag och l\u00e4gger mig igen, jag \u00e4r utmattad men samtidigt pigg eftersom jag precis har \u00e4tit. Det tar ungef\u00e4r 2 timmar innan jag somnar igen. Jag menar, hur ov\u00e4rt \u00e4r det inte att somna om? I allafall s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag det och vaknar igen vid 12.00. Jag m\u00f6ter blodsockret och det visar <strong>28,9<\/strong>.
