Men eftersom jag mest tr\u00e4nar condition m\u00e5ste jag b\u00f6rja introducera styrketr\u00e4ningen. Hur som s\u00e5 kommer jag se ut som ett f\u00e5n till en b\u00f6rjan, men s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju n\u00e4r man \u00e4r ny p\u00e5 n\u00e5got, \u00f6vning ger f\u00e4rdighet I HOPE \ud83d\ude09 Nej nu m\u00e5ste jag helt enkelt ta och l\u00e4ra mig om styrketr\u00e4ning.
