Jag har fullgjort min \u00f6vers\u00e4ttning av healing, s\u00e5 check p\u00e5 den. Skrev ju om hur jag inte tycker om ej fullgjorda saker p\u00e5 tidigare blogginl\u00e4gg.<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det fr\u00e4mst uppsats och bokskrivande jag ska prioritera. Senaste m\u00e5naden har best\u00e5tt av barnkalas, lekland, jobb, Ikea bes\u00f6k och tr\u00e4ning. N\u00e4sta vecka ska en PT g\u00e5 igenom alla maskiner p\u00e5 gymmet med mig s\u00e5 det blir sp\u00e4nnande och min partner och sambo har l\u00e4rt mig g\u00f6ra protein pannkakor p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Idag lagade jag en god gryta som vi \u00e5t med s\u00f6tpotatis till. \ud83d\ude42 Just ja senaste tiden har jag ju \u00e4ven hunnit med att b\u00e5de bes\u00f6ka G\u00f6teborg och Stockholm. Nu har jag b\u00f6rjat f\u00e5 lite rutin p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 det k\u00e4nns bra, nu \u00e4r det kostoml\u00e4ggning som det ska fokuseras p\u00e5. H\u00e4r om dagen var jag p\u00e5 AW och provade sniglar f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen, jag blev positivt \u00f6verraskad m\u00e5 jag skriva. Jag har gjort min egen hemmagjorda chia pudding som jag ska b\u00f6rja ha som frukost fram\u00f6ver och rent fysiskt s\u00e5 har jag annars b\u00e5de f\u00e5tt l\u00e4tta cellf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som \u00e4r p\u00e5 labb nu f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att de endast \u00e4r l\u00e4tta och inte medel eller sv\u00e5ra.
