Startade dagen med kokt vatten och en bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra i.<\/p>\n<p>Ingef\u00e4ra tipsar Gilian McKeith om, men \u00e4ven min mamma mailade och tipsade om det och en kollega pratade om ingef\u00e4rans nytta. Sen \u00e5t jag havregrynsgr\u00f6t med en sked jordgubbssylt p\u00e5. Jag hulkade till havregrynsgr\u00f6ten, det \u00e4r inte direkt min favorit, men jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta frukost som jag annars slarvar med. Brukar bara se till att barnen f\u00e5r frukost, sj\u00e4lv brukar jag strunta i frukost och det \u00e4r ju den som startar ig\u00e5ng \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttningen och \u00e4r viktigaste m\u00e5let. Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 med mig kokt \u00e4gg och juice p\u00e5 mornarna till jobbet\u00a0s\u00e5 jag b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 i mig frukost. Jag har gort alla fel du kan t\u00e4nka dig som st\u00e5r i hennes bok. Ibland har jag bara \u00e4tit ett m\u00e5l mat p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen, fet och snabbakolhydrater samt varit sockerberoende.
