{"id":154,"date":"2009-12-30T21:42:00","date_gmt":"2009-12-30T20:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/dikteravnpn\/2009\/12\/30\/stada-mitt-liv-ivag-o\/"},"modified":"2009-12-30T21:42:00","modified_gmt":"2009-12-30T20:42:00","slug":"stada-mitt-liv-ivag-o","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/dikteravnpn\/2009\/12\/30\/stada-mitt-liv-ivag-o\/","title":{"rendered":"St\u00e4da mitt liv iv\u00e4g&#8230;..;O)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><FONT size=2><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>Detta med st\u00e4dning!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>Varf\u00f6r har jag den d\u00e4r tanken inom mig att all st\u00e4dning \u00e4r f\u00f6rbjuden och tr\u00e5kig sedan barnsben, n\u00e4r egentligen st\u00e4dningen \u00e4r en av de b\u00e4sta&nbsp;kroppsvariationerna som finns f\u00f6r kroppen f\u00f6r man varierar sig \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 mycket som man \u00e4nd\u00e5 g\u00f6r d\u00e5 man st\u00e4dar, den enda g\u00e5ngen man inte borde st\u00e4da, det \u00e4r n\u00e4r man har st\u00e4dat klart&#8230;&#8230;;O)<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>Sj\u00e4lv s\u00e5 \u00e4r jag Superbra p\u00e5 motionscykning(spinning) och promenerar massor, n\u00e4r jag var lite yngre s\u00e5 sprang jag en del, men d\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller st\u00e4dning s\u00e5 blir som ett stopp pillisnopp, s\u00e5 tr\u00e5kigt men s\u00e5 sant, s\u00e5 har det varit n\u00e4stan hela mitt liv&#8230;.!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>En del personer tillkallar p\u00e5 st\u00e4dhj\u00e4lp, vilket kan vara en bra sak, men d\u00e5 vet man inte hur bra det blir f\u00f6rren man g\u00f6r det sj\u00e4lv&#8230;&#8230;;O)<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>S\u00e5 det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r egentligen att ta tag&nbsp;i sig sj\u00e4lv och bara b\u00f6rja med att st\u00e4da regelbundet, \u00e5tminstone en kvart om dagen, bara det skulle r\u00e4cka, f\u00f6r st\u00e4ller man f\u00f6r stora krav p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e5 blir ingenting gjort och man kanske tr\u00f6ttnar p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv&#8230;..!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>En annan bra sak kan vara att skaffa lite roliga och hypermoderna st\u00e4dredskap, som man gillar och f\u00f6renklar sitt st\u00e4darbete&#8230;!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>Ville bara f\u00e5 detta ur mig f\u00f6r jag vet att jag definitvit inte alls \u00e4r ensam om mitt problem, n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller detta med st\u00e4dning, absolut inte&#8230;..!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>Kanske inte v\u00e4rldens roligaste och hypermodernaste st\u00e4dmaterial h\u00e4rnedan p\u00e5 bilden, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 st\u00e4dmaterial, b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n inget, detta \u00e4r inte mina saker ni ser&#8230;..;O)<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4>TREVLIG KV\u00c4LL!<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4><\/FONT><\/STRONG>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT color=#ff0000 size=5><EM>*PUSSISS*<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0099ff size=4><\/FONT><\/STRONG>&nbsp;<\/P><\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/86893.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG border=0 src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/86893.510x0.jpg\"><\/A> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Detta med st\u00e4dning!
