D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag ett tips p\u00e5 en perfekt frukost m\u00e5ltid som snabbt g\u00e5r att fixa till.<\/p>\n<p>Vad du tar \u00e4r helt enkelt Chiafr\u00f6n, mandeldrick och vaniljsocker. Chiafr\u00f6n \u00e4r det perfekta valet som ger en alla sorters bra vitaminer och chia betyder just styrka, vilket passar bra.<\/p>\n<p>Det du g\u00f6r \u00e4r att du blandar Chiafr\u00f6n med mandeldrycka (funkar \u00e4ven med t.ex hazeln\u00f6tsdryck) och lite vaniljsocker. Detta g\u00f6r du kv\u00e4llen innan och l\u00e5ter sen st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5pet \u00f6ver natten f\u00f6r att sedan \u00e4ras p\u00e5 morgonen med t.ex hallon.<\/p>\n<p>Hur mycket ska du d\u00e5 ha av varje?
