Jag rasar i vikt mer och mer. \u00c4r det n\u00e5gon som k\u00e4nner igen sig?&nbsp; F\u00f6r ett bra tag&nbsp;sedan gick en fenomenal brittisk&nbsp;tv-serie: Super skinny vs. Super sized, allts\u00e5 man fick i varje program f\u00f6lja tv\u00e5 personer, en extremt \u00f6verviktig och den andra extremt mager. De fick laga mat \u00e5t varandra. och till hj\u00e4lp hade de en l\u00e4kare som visade hur det var med deras h\u00e4lsa.&nbsp;Dessutom tog man upp olika \u00e4mnen, det var d\u00e4r &#8221;polletten&#8221; ramlade ned, helt enkelt utryckt:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag \u00e4ter upp mig sj\u00e4lv!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Stress och \u00e5ter stress. Hinner inte ta raster, n\u00e4r jag har \u00e4tit hinner inte sitta ner en stund.
