Tabatha training

Jag har mer och mer intresserat mig för högintensiva träningsmetoder. I sökandet efter appar och videos har jag funnit Tabatha timern den ger 20 sek träning i högsta tempo och bara 10sek återhämtning i set om 8. Det ger total träningstid om 4 minuter!
Jag gör airsqwats,pushups,situps,plankantex.
Det är bättre träning än tex löpning.

Så jag är fast i detta tabatha sätt ;)) laddat ner timerappen och kör!
